All products sold on rust-romance.com are digital goods (software plugins) delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, refund eligibility is limited. Please review system requirements and any available demo versions before making a purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have not downloaded, activated, or used the license key for the product.
- The product is materially defective or does not function as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The product has been downloaded, activated, or the license key has been used.
- A free trial or demo version was available but was not used prior to purchase.
- The issue is caused by incompatibility with your system, and the system requirements were clearly stated on the product page.
- More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
- You simply changed your mind after downloading or activating the product.
4. Defective Products
If you believe a product is defective or not functioning as described, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

- A description of the reason for the refund request.
- Your system specifications (if the request is related to a technical issue).
