All products are delivered digitally. After completing your purchase, download links will appear on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. You can also access your downloads at any time from your account downloads page.
Sign in to your account at the My Account page using the email address you registered during checkout. From there you can view order history, download products, and manage your account details.
Each purchase includes a license key delivered with your download. The key is tied to your account and authorizes use on your personal machines. License details and activation instructions are included in the product documentation. If you need to transfer or reset your license, please contact us.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product, please contact our support team first so we can help resolve it. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

All minor updates and bug fixes are included free of charge. When an update is available, the new version will appear in your account downloads. Our plugins are available in VST3 and AU formats, compatible with Windows 10+ and macOS 11+. Please check the individual product page for specific system requirements.
